about me

Hi! My name is Abbi, but you can call me Mars! Welcome to my debris field. I am a space-loving digital artist and painter based in Arkansas, where I have lived in a blue house then a pink house (and more recently a white house) with my husband, baby due in February 2024, our dog, two cats, a LOT of plants, and my 18-year-old frog. The joy they bring me inspires me to create.

Martian Debris is my art— the debris from my life’s experiences aboard Spaceship Earth. My creations are influenced by my own travels, adventures, and experiences with the much-loved people I surround myself with.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Design. Since then I have created in many different settings: from corporate production work, to t-shirts and screen printing, and more recently to freelancing and working from home. It has been a wild ride, but I am proud to be where I am, and I am excited to see how I keep blooming.

I can only hope my little bits of debris help even one person think bigger about Our place in the Cosmos.

stay cosmic
